    I would highly recommend Nancy and her staff to anyone seeking insurance. Although they are probably as skilled as most folks in the industry, their customer service is what keeps me a solid customer! For Example: Two years ago I was out of state, and while sitting at a traffic light in my car, I was hit from behind. Immediately after contacting Nancy, she and her staff acted aggressive with getting the police report and they ensured I was getting all the necessary support I needed. PS... I'm amazed at the number of customers who stop in Nancy's office to simply say, "hi".

    I went through a knock down drag out divorce that lasted 2 years...my ex had rifled 2 joint accounts to hire Nancy and I ended losing a 2 million dollar horse farm. An attorney with Northeastern New York Legal Aid told me that she is a woman who casts a black mark upon their profession. Unfortunately, at the time legal aid did not offer their services in civil cases...they do now. Anyway, she is unethical, money hungry, and have often wondered what she gets out of screwing people. In the final analysis, I guess we'll all face the music at some point. Buyer beware!!!

    I've been in insurance for more years than I'd like to admit. There is a fine line between an agent and a good agent. There is a big gap between a good one and a great one and Nancy fits that bill. She's there to help you. Some agents try to maximize their commission. Nancy maximizes service and knows in the long run it's not making those few extra dollars, but doing her absolute best for you that will get you to be her best salesman, telling everyone your experience when someone is looking to buy insurance. I can't imagine finding anyone as good, let alone better. Stop by and check out for yourself, you can't help walking out without a smile!
